At least one of us here at MPP has an excellent argument for why "Simply Having A Wonderful Christmas" is a brilliant illustration of all the inanity of the Christmas "season" itself.

BUT NOT CC RIOT!

I maintain that this song is a crime against humanity, and vote to send Sir Paul to the Hague for immediate trial.

I am hoping we can play this one out in the comments, folks, so th-th-th-th-that's all for now.
